4 Months Y’all!

Thursday, December 4th, 2008 by Mom

Cole is 4 months y’all!  Can you believe it?  He’s getting cuter by the day.  He’s a pro now at sitting up with help, of course, with some props.  I purchased a tabletop that attaches to his Bumbo chair so that he can play with his toys.

Grace got a kick out of pretending to feed Cole a pretend fried egg with a spatula.

But Cole was more interested in the spatula than the egg.

I also started noticing that he is doing something weird with his upper lip.  He likes to suck on it and make it disappear into his face.  It must feel good on those teething gums of his.

He also enjoys being propped up against the chair arm standing up to check out the scenery.

Cole really enjoys being propped up against a boppy with his toys around him.  This is his best impression of George of the Jungle.

Cole has also found his feet.  I just love babies playing with their feet.

Last week was Thanksgiving and we all headed down south to Fullerton to spend time with Yaya and Papa.  For Thanksgiving I wanted to post a special greeting but I can never get around to uploading the pictures on time so here is Cole’s belated Thanksgiving greeting.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

LOVE, COLE

Big sister Grace is helping Cole learn the ins and outs of how to play with toys.  Here she is showing how you’re supposed to bite on the octopus toy.

As you can see from the pictures Cole is growing so fast.  However, he’s still small enough for Grace to hold in her lap.  Just barely.

While at Uncle Tim and Aunt Sue’s house for Thanksgiving Cole got to take various shots with family.  Here’s Cole with Aunt Cara and Yaya.

And again with Aunt Cara and soon to be Uncle Shane.  Cole really likes Shane’s yummy hands.

Cole also got to try on a special fireman’s hat.  It looks good on you Cole.  I see a future hero on our hands.

But best of all, we finally got a good picture of all 4 of us.  Don’t mind Cole’s devil eyes.

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving.  Y’all come back now, ya hear.
